Q.What is your return policy?
A. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your new pipe meets your expectations.
Q. Can I add a pipe to a Watch or Wish list?
A.Because our meerschaum pipes are unique, one-of-a-kind masterpieces, we do not offer a traditional Wish List. Most items are available in a quantity of one and sell quickly. You are welcome to keep items in your shopping cart for consideration, but please note they are not reserved and remain available for purchase by others until you complete checkout. If a specific piece sells, we do list similar carvings, but because they are handmade, no two are ever exactly alike.
